House Rules
DOGS: There are no dogs allowed in this holiday home.
SLEEPING:
Your holiday home is set up with a double bed and two single beds. We ask that on departure, all beds be stripped and left in the living room upon departure.
CHECK-IN:
Arrival time for accommodation:
You will be able to enter your pod from 3 pm until 5 pm.
(Checking in after 5pm will result in a late check-in fee)
You can arrive from 8am to start fishing on the day ticket water's, your accommodation will be available from 3pm.
CLEANING: Please clean up your Holiday Home before departure. Leave it in the same condition as you found it.
CHECK-OUT:
Time: 10am
Return all keys to the lockbox or hand them to a member of staff.
Leave it in the same condition as you found it.
Any excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional charges.
If you have experienced a problem during your stay please contact our staff prior to departure, we are only too happy to help.
SMOKING & VAPING:
Smoking or Vaping is not allowed in any inside areas
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am
No driving about the site during quiet hours.
BROOM FISHERY
Please remember that you will be staying in an active fishery which has lots of anglers on site. Please be mindful of others and try to keep the noise to a minimum, We ask that children always remain close. The most important thing is to enjoy the natural beauty of Broom!
